2. Condition of the Work: The works must be returned in their original condition, without damage or alteration.
3. Return costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the event of a defect or error on our part.
4. Refund: Once the work is returned and inspected, we will issue a full refund (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days.
5. Personalization: Personalized or custom-made works cannot be returned, except in the event of a defect or error on our part.
