These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between Essyla.fr/ website of: Sylvain Rivière and its client, both parties accepting them without reservation.

These general conditions of sale apply to the products presented on the site essyla.fr

Essyla.fr/ is a site that represents the Essyla brand and an online store that markets Essyla products internationally.

Import taxes and customs fees

The sales price indicated on the site does not include any customs fees that may be imposed by the customs authorities of certain countries. If customs duties, local taxes or import duties are payable, these duties are the responsibility of the Buyer and are his entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities
and/competent bodies.
The seller undertakes to deliver the ordered product as quickly as possible, subject to payment of customs fees by the buyer. In the event of non-payment of customs fees by the buyer, the seller cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product or any delay in delivery.
The seller cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a failure to pay customs fees by the buyer.
These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and can under no circumstances be considered as a reason for complaint or return of the product.

Payment security

Essyla has opted for Stripe and Paypal solutions as payment methods.
Essyla has under no circumstances access to confidential information relating to the payment method that the Customer uses when paying. This is why the Customer’s bank details will be requested for each new order. In fact, only Stripe or Paypal have confidential information which remains inaccessible to third parties.
The security of information and payments transmitted over the Internet or via e-mail cannot be guaranteed. Essyla shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of electronic communications, including (but not limited to) damages resulting from failure or delay in transmission of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for electronic communications and for the transmission of viruses.

These general conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the French courts.
